What to know before you start:

  • Classes are for people 13 years old and older, all boxing and fitness levels.
  • All classes taught by people with fight experience.
  • No reservations required just arrive 15 minutes before any class.
  •  You can buy or rent gloves and hand wraps or bring your own.
  • Wear clothes and shoes that you’re comfortable working out in (no bare feet), and (optional) bring a mat for the abdominal workout. 
  • Go at your own pace and have fun!

Class Schedule:

Morning classes offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays @ 6am

Monday-Friday:  noon, 6pm & 7pm
Saturday:  11am & noon

Hours of Operation:

Monday-Friday:  11:30am-1:30pm, and 5-8:30pm
Saturday:  10:30am-1:30pm
